Archived Indexes and Books

The Probate Court has digitized all books that were previously located in our lobby and records management center to make them more accessible to the public.

The physical books will no longer be in our office’s lobby. If you need to order a book for any reason, please visit our office anytime between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday to submit a request or you may email the Records Request Form to probatecourt@gwinnettcounty.com. Please allow up to 2 business days for the book to arrive in-office from our records management center.

The digital archived records are available on this page and on the computers in our lobby for viewing.

Please note that the book list below is sorted in alphabetical order, not necessarily the order in which they appear in the indexes.
