Recording Fees

Effective January 1, 2020, per House Bill 0288 the Gwinnett County Clerk of Superior Court will only accept the following fees and Real Estate filings.

All documents filed with the Deeds and Real Estate Division will incur a $25.000 filing fee per document with some exceptions as below:
