Filing Continuances

• Traffic citations can be continued by the defendant personally signing a continuance form. The form is available at the Recorder's Court Clerk's Office. Office hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The continuance form must be completed prior to the defendant's court date and only one continuance request can be granted by the Recorder's Court Clerk's office.
  
  
• County Code Ordinance violations cannot be continued without the Judge's approval.
