Juvenile Court
Juvenile Court exercises jurisdiction in cases involving delinquent, unruly, dependent, and runaway offenses under the age of 18. Juvenile Court has concurrent jurisdiction with the Superior courts involving capital offenses, custody, child support cases, and termination of parental rights.

Directions to Juvenile Court:
- Take I-85 North to Hwy. 316 (splits to the right).
- Exit Hwy. 316 at Hwy. 120 (Duluth-Lawrenceville exit) and go right approximately 1.5 miles.
- Turn right at the 8th light (Perry Street).
- At the 3rd light turn right onto Nash Street and immediately get into the left hand lane.
- Turn left at the first road onto Stone Mountain St SW.
- Go 1/4 and turn left into the Juvenile Court parking lot.
